What is 3CX CloudPhone?

3CX is a cloud-based or on-premise PBX business communications solution redesigned for the remote workplace.  Its flexible approach to unified communications allows for enhanced features such as contact center solutions, VoIP calls, video conferencing, and live website chat at a fraction of the cost.

3CX also offers Facebook Messenger and SMS texting integrations, robust mobile applications, and compatibility with third-party tools like Microsoft Teams.

Users can manage inbound and outbound calls directly from a plethora of devices such as IP desk phones, web browser, 3CX App for Windows, Linux, or mobile apps for iOS and Android.

 

3CX offers three licenses consisting of Standard, Professional and Enterprise.  The main differences are call recording, reporting and integrations with CRM and other cloud applications.

Choose a suitable 3CX CloudPhone™ plan for your business and enjoy a complete unified communications solution with advanced features at a fraction of the cost compared to a traditional phone system.
3CX CloudPhone™ Requirements: 3CX CloudPhone™ plan requires minimum 4 Channels which includes up-to 12 Users and allows 4 concurrent calls simultaneously. Additional channels are available with a set of 4, 8, 16, 24 and 32 channels and can be added in the next step. Call charges are not included in this plan. Call rates are – Standard Local Call: 8₵ per call, Standard National Call: 8₵ per minute, Standard Calls to Australian Mobiles: 16₵ per minute and Calls To 13/1300 Numbers: 35₵ per call. Unlimited Standard Local, Standard National and Standard Calls to Australian Mobiles option is available for an additional $29 per channel. 3CX CloudPhone™ requires a reliable fixed internet service. Each channel requires a minimum of 200kbps of uncongested upstream and downstream bandwidth to experience the best voice quality. Each IP desk phone will require a CAT5/6 data cable to the router or switch, other devices such mobile or workstations simply require internet access via Wi-Fi or 4G.
